All floral arrangements are made fresh to order. Because flowers are natural products, substitutions may be necessary based on seasonal availability. We will always maintain the style, color palette, and overall look of the arrangement.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all orders, and the remaining balance is due upon pickup or delivery.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including product availability, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraud.

Pickup & Delivery

Customers must provide accurate delivery and contact information.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, weather, or traffic.

Once an order is delivered or picked up in good condition, responsibility transfers to the customer or recipient.

Cancellations & Refunds

All orders are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Deposits are non-refundable.
